This is the current list of subcontractors that create, receive, maintain, or transmit Protected Health Information on behalf of Couchloop, LLC, maintained and made available under Section 3.5 of the CouchLoop Business Associate Agreement. This list is updated before any new subcontractor begins handling PHI.
